• 1988 to Present - Vice-President of the real estate appraisal and consulting firm of Robson, McLean & Associates Inc.
• 1985-1988 - Appraiser: Mashke, Robson Limited - experience included a wide range of appraisal, consulting and litigation activities.
• 1979-1985 - Mortgage Development Officer, National Trust Company Limited - prepared real estate appraisals for mortgage purposes on residential and commercial properties within the Metropolitan Toronto area and the Regions of Peel and Durham.
• 1973-1979 - Appraiser, City of Oshawa - prepared real estate appraisals for residential properties, vacant residential, industrial and commercial land, as well as evaluations of road widenings, partial takings, and easements, plus the evaluations for 5% cash-in-lieu of park dedications.
