in Brampton, Bowmanville, Burlington, Caledon, Haliburton, Kingston, Kitchener,
Mississauga, Niagara Falls, Oakville, Oshawa and Whitby;
- Consulting assignments on improved industrial/office properties throughout
Metropolitan Toronto, and in Ajax, Brampton, Mississauga, Oshawa, Whitby,
Calgary (Alberta), and Kelowna (British Columbia);
- Consulting assignments for multiple tenancy apartment and townhouse
projects throughout Metropolitan Toronto, and in Brampton, Calgary (Alberta),
Hamilton, Mississauga, Oshawa, and St. Catharines;
- Consulting assignments for shopping centres in Innisfil (Alberta), Ajax,
Metropolitan Toronto, Milton, and Oshawa;

scheme for both Metropolitan Toronto's Parks & Property Department as well
as private owners.

- School site expropriation by the Separate School Board in Etobicoke;
- Flood control reserve/park in Scarborough;

Moore (St. Clair Region Conservation Authority and Ontario Ministry of
